Shhhhhhhhh here comes the wispa diet
Well not exactly a wispa diet but a lifestyle change to lose body fat while including chocolate nearly everyday has help Sas get the right balance to look great and feel good
While eating chocolate most days with obviously the right food balance around it , Sas lost 1 stone and lost body fat from the the right areas to look good
I’m a huge believer that you can fit your favourite habits in to your food plans

In lockdown 1.0 i gained one stone 😱
I found training at home difficult and i pretty much binge ate. Some of us rely on the atmosphere of a gym to keep going.
I reached out to @darren__wilson_pt_and_boxing to take part in one of his 8 week plans. Darren’s support throughout this was outstanding. Whenever i was ready to fall off the waggon he was there to pull me back on.
One of the main reasons Darrens plan worked for me is that i could still eat chocolate (yes you read that right). Most other diets that i tried were Chicken and rice repeated. Darrens plan didn’t deny me any of my regular treats it just made it easier for me to manage them and still acheieve my goals.
Not only has that extra stone shifted but i feel fitter and stronger than ever.
