– Struggled with Balance of the right foods to put muscle on especially as he just turned into lacto-ovo-vegetarian

– Struggled with Gym being closed due to lock down and back problems and when he did Train prior to starting he used to keep the same routine for years so he needed to change this up so we made the training to hit every angle of all body parts

– Keeping accountable for his actions was a big key to his success
