Huge well done to Lucas who 12 weeks ago was stuck in a rut, he was in decent shape anyway but wanted to level up

Before starting with me he tried loads of different plans and was going around in circles and still confused about what’s best, but now has a clear view for what works and what don’t work to keep moving forward and stay in shape

No bull shit or magic pill just pure dedication to the plan I set out for him

I’ll always say have people around you that support, complement and not complicate your lifestyle

Having a new system that works at this part of there life was key

They both nailed it and created a lifestyle switch to progress even further with there mind and body’s

Not only did Lucus do great in 12 weeks so far, he has now signed up to do a MMA charity fight to raise money for cancer research 👏👊

Before starting with Darren I’d tried a couple of other programmes but failed miserably and that’s because no one is as dedicated to his clients as Darren.

My lifestyle has completely changed and now I know how to live a balanced life yet be able to maintain weight and keep the fat off.
