I really enjoyed the weeks training and diet plan

“ I really enjoyed the weeks training and diet plan, I did not think I would lose so much in the 6 weeks i feel great with miles more energy energy, but when I got to around week 2 and my old negative thoughts come back to me with older diets programmes I tried in the past and failed but with Darren only a phone call away or a text away for support throughout the challenge and also with the other group members there in sessions which was amazing as it was a very good community spirit between us all throughout and we all encouraged each other”
“Even now after the 6 weeks, Darren has got me thinking better about my foods and I’m now comfortable to look after my own food diary for the weeks and now I have set new goals to as Darren says “a better version of myself”
