Unbelievable and true inspiration from Gareth
Gareth on the left was 21 stone unhappy,unhealthy and he decided to do something about it and lost 8 1/2 stone on his own
But it was not as healthy as it could of been and Gareth become a bit stuck and and wanted a challenge to move to the next level with fitness, health, weight, mindset and body shape
So we had the phone call, made a plan to help him hit his goals and set him up with more knowledge about foods as after the time with me he can now kick on & become even better as being more educated with foods, fitness, mindset and health
He is now at 11st 3, fit, healthy, stronger, better mindset

I approached Darren knowing the amazing work he’s done with other clients and as a personal friend.
I’ve been on my own fitness journey for the last few years, but I needed guidance & help to understand what I needed to do moving forward and help me &!understand what I needed to do with my training and especially my diet.
For anyone thinking of doing this, ‘The last 8 weeks have been intense and the hardest thing I’ve done, but ultimately it’s been rewarding and put me on the right path moving forward, because this doesn’t end now. This is set for me now moving forward in my training and diet.
My diet still needs work, but Darren’s guidance and understanding of what’s needed gas helped me to understand Macro’s and what my body needs to fuel it for training & that I can have the odd treat I enjoy and not sacrifice everything.
Darren has been there every step of the way, when I needed advice, when I was struggling, and just when he felt I needed to advise by looking at my information he would contact me and guide my next steps. The app is brilliant, it’s set up with all the information I needed & helps guide me through the 8 weeks.
I’d also like to say ‘Thank you’ to the people I train with @ The Lyons Den Gym, for there encouragement and advice and for putting up with me. Cheers George and Brendon.
