I contacted Darren 8weeks ago because I hadn’t trained in over 5 years and with lock down kicking in I become uncomfortable with my weight and was getting lazy. My work-life is hectic 7 days a week and I needed this kick start to give me that push.
8 weeks on and I’ve lost 19 lbs. I can finally fit into my t-shirts without looking as if they are painted on, I struggled to train 2.5 weeks of the 8 due to personal circumstances but I am very pleased with the end result.
If anyone is looking for a challenge then Darren is your man. Thanks Wils for your commitment and motivation in keeping me on my toes. This isn’t just a diet plan it’s a complete lifestyle change and my relationship with food is much more positive.
