16 lb Muscle Gain

True dedication and commitment to the plan from my client Mark for the 12 weeks to get this result.

Putting weight on and losing body fat is a difficult task but with the correct training and eating methods it can be done as shown here by Mark.

People who has worked with me will know my methods work but they have to work hard to get there results , my coaching is not cheap but it’s a great investment to better themselves and live a happier, healthier life during and after there time with me

Mark says:

I’ve been looking at Darren page for a while as rugby was on off all the time so I needed something to push me and to feel happy about myself…. one day I took the courrige to get in touch with him as I’m not a confident enough person to do stuff like that… Darren didn’t make me uncomfortable at all and that was great for me as I knew I’m not in this on my own!

I haven’t walked in the gym for last 6 years. I remember on the 1st weekend I nearly give up, I was struggling with food and stuff and Darren phoned me up and said we in this together and we will do this, that was a big boost for me.

These last 12 weeks has been a pleasure working with him we had a laugh through it and it’s been tough but I honestly can’t thank him enough for everything from Day one till the end he’s been great I’ve definitely got a friend from this thank you!!!
